Mission
B.Fli Productions, Inc. is a 501(c)3 non-profit performing arts organization on a mission to increase mental wellness and decrease violence through the power of music, dance and live theatre.
Target Population
- African-American communities on the Southside of Chicago,
- Communities with high crime rates,
- Mentally traumatized communities
- Adults (ages 18+) and youth (ages 5-17)

The organization took a small pause while she lived on the road and traveled around the nation performing before thousands while developing her craft, 8 shows a week.

Karaoke-For-Peace aka "Will Sing For Peace" is a community initiative started by Rashada to promote peace through song/karaoke in what was reported as the communities with the highest homicide rates in the city. Neighborhood corners visited include: Austin, South Shore, Back of the Yards, Greater Grand Crossing, Auburn Gresham and 10 other communities throughout Chicago.

Karaoke-On-Wheels For Seniors is an initiative intended to bring joy, fun and performance to our seniors. From special requests of Billie Eckstine and "Tutti Fruitti" to full out dance parties, this program truly brings joy to all involved all year long.
